Payment for our services is due in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement. We accept payment by bank transfer.

 

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of services must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the service agreement. Refunds for services already provided will be issued at our discretion.

 

5. Liability

We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, acts of nature, or third-party interference.

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions outlined therein. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations will become due and payable.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by providing notice to you. Your continued use of our services following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
